FAQ
When do I pay?
For studio classes, payment is due at the time of registration. We accept credit cards through our secure online system. For after-school programs where registration is handled by the school, please refer to the school for payment details and policies.
+What is your class cancellation policy?
We follow the school district’s weather and closure policy. If a class is canceled, we’ll try to schedule a make-up (if it’s at least one week before the next program). For studio classes, we’ll notify you directly. For school programs, the school or district will contact you.
+What is your refund policy?
