FAQ
When do I pay?
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your party. The remaining balance is due after the party and can be paid by credit card, cash, or check at that time.
+Do I need to provide anything for the party?
If your party is at our studio, just bring your child and creativity—we handle the rest! You're welcome to bring food (no alcohol), drinks, balloons, and table decor. Nothing may be taped to walls or damage the space. Offsite parties need tables, seating, and water access. Add-ons are studio-only.
+How far in advance do I need to book my party?
Our party schedule fills up fast! We recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
+What is your refund policy?
Full refund if canceled 14 days or more before the party date. 50% refund if canceled 7–13 days before the party date. No refund if canceled less than 7 days before the party. If you prefer, the deposit can be transferred to a new date if rescheduling is possible.
